Weigh Bridge is installed in the premises to confirm quantity of all incoming and outgoing material

Portable Radiation testing machine is used to check thoroughly that the incoming and outgoing material is 100% radiation free.

Steel Melting shop is equipped with two Electric Melting Furnaces with melting capacity of 90 MT within 24 Hours with latest temperature measuring instruments.

Argon Purging Systems (APS) is used for purging induction melting furnaces and induction power ladle systems. They help to reduce metallic inclusions to improve the overall purity of the melt.

Kesri Alloys is equipped with 20MT LRF with latest technology of Electrode Regulation. Ladle refining of liquid metal is a proven technology to produce high quality steel. All our products go through the process of LRF to ensure customer satisfaction for quality of products supplied.

Kesri Alloys is equipped with latest technology Dry Mechanical vacuum pumping system (Edwards U.K.) for Vacuum Degassing process, which achieves below 1 mbara vacuum within 5 minutes. This process will remove most of the gaseous impurities and make the level go down to below 25 PPM of oxygen and less than 2 PPM of hydrogen. Vacuum degassing helps to eliminate any of the dissolved gases which will improve ductility of steel.

We have more than 20 variety of Ingots shapes & sizes to enable our customers to choose their required product.In ingot making process, After refining, Molten metal is bottom poured through ladle in our variety of cast iron ingot moulds. These ingots are pit cooled after removal from moulds.

We are equipped with PLC operated twin Strand Billets / Blooms Continuous Caster with all latest technology. These casters continuously cast molten steel into Billets/Blooms of various sizes and shapes in various kinds of steel grades. Further, the carefully controlled process ensures better quality steel casts

PID controlled six channel calibrated Car Bottom Electric 6.5 meter long Heat Treatment Furnace gives us precise control even at a temperature of 1150 °C, thereby resulting in greater uniformity and helps in achieving the required mechanical properties. Heat treatment processes like Annealing, Quenching, Tempering, Stress relieving are used to change their physical, mechanical properties of steel and improves manufacturing objectives like machining, formability & ductility.

01.Weigh Bridge

All Incoming and Outgoing material is weighed at our weigh bridge.

02.Radiation Test

Every Incoming and Outgoing material is thoroughly tested and ensured that it should be 100 % radiation free.

03.Scrap Yard

24000 Sqft. scrap yard with scrap preheating facility and PLC controlled super jumbo baling machine where the scrap is segregated and sorted as per their grades.

04.Melting Furnace

Two Electric Melting Furnaces collectively melting capacity of 90 MT within 24 Hours with latest temperature measuring instruments.

05.Metal Handling Machines

Several EOT Cranes with capacity upto 35MT and various sizes of bottom pouring ladles with ladle pre heaters.

06.Ingot Casting Pit

After Refining, Ingots are casted in pit by bottom pouring ladle in variety of cast iron ingot Moulds which are available in more than 20 different sizes and shapes.

07.Ingot Cooling Pit

Ingot cooling pit filled with Vermiculite with storing capacity of 200 MT Ingots at once.

08.Continuous Casting Machine (CCM)

PLC operated twin Strand Billets / Blooms Continuous Caster with all latest technology.

09.Dressing Process

In house several varieties of Grinders and other tools for dressing and processing the material.

010.Inspection Area

Every product manufactured is checked for different parameter at our inspection area like size, random grade checking, physical defects and their rectification etc before shifting to dispatch area. Our various quality check instruments ensure 100 % product quality.

011.Dispatch Area

6000 Sqft. area is available for the storage of Ingots, Continuous Cast Billets / Blooms, Rolled and Forged Bars where we retest and ensure 100 % radiation free material is dispatched
